State Street Dental
Creating Beautiful Smiles

MEET THE DOCTOR

There’s a reason Dr. Gregory Davis and State Street Dental is in Boise, Idaho. And there’s a reason we serve our wonderful friends in Eagle, Boise, Meridian, Star, and Emmett. It’s because we love it here.

We love the pace of life and our involvement in the community.  We love the people we serve and live with, bump into at the grocery store, sit next to at the Eagle Country Christmas,  chat with at the Eagle Saturday Market,  and celebrate with at the Eagle Fun Days. We love the warm, confident smiles we receive as our patients become our friends.  And that’s why we love what we do at State Street Dental.  We Can Hardly Wait to Meet You.

But in the meantime, perhaps we can let you meet us.

Gregory R. Davis, DDS

General and Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Greg Davis’s passion in dentistry is helping people feel better and more confident about their smiles. With a dental degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, he went on to complete a post graduate Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency followed by two years of dental service with the USAF. After completing his Air Force service Dr. Davis purchased a private dental practice in Eagle, Idaho, 23 years ago.

Dr. Davis loves the “people aspect” of his work. His patients are also friends. As one patient recently offered, “[He’s] always interested in what [I’m] up to…. He's very soft spoken, a gentlemen, a family man—just a really nice person.”

The real love of Dr. Davis’s life, however, is Terry, his wife of 32 years, and their four children. He lists his personal passions as his family, great dentistry, mountain biking, and perhaps fly fishing … in that order. His community involvement includes youth sports where he can instill his love for a healthy, active lifestyle in young people.

Dr. Davis’s priorities in the dental care of his patients are, first, their dental and overall health. Then it’s about “helping people feel better and more confident about their smile.” His approach to treating his patients can best be summed up by one of his patients,

“He takes good care of me. He let's me know what he feels needs to be done and let's me, then, decide what I want to do. No pressure. I appreciate that.”
