Creating Beautiful Smiles

Your First Visit

What to Expect During Your First Visit:

1. Welcome to our Office

When you come to our office, our receptionist,  will be waiting for you under the "Dr. Greg Davis" sign. If you have brought your Patient Information Form that you downloaded from our website or received in the mail she will receive it and ask if you have any questions. If you have dental insurance she will receive your copay and answer any questions you may have about your plan.

2. A Brief Office Tour

When you have checked in and received answers to any questions you have, our receptionist will then give you a brief tour of our office so you feel at home.

3. Please Have a Seat

After the tour we'll invite you to be seated in our reception room. We have a beautiful fish tank in our reception room that our patients love to explore. But you generally won't be sitting long.

4. Your Professional Teeth Cleaning

During their first visit most of our patients will have a teeth cleaning or hygiene appointment before seeing Dr. Davis. Our hygienist will come out to you and walk with you back to our hygiene room where you will get a thorough dental cleaning that will make your teeth feel squeaky clean.

5. Your Exam with Dr. Davis

After your hygiene visit Dr. Davis’s dental assistant, will walk with you to Dr. Davis’s exam room. Dr. Davis loves getting to know his patients so please ask any questions you may have. You will then receive a careful and thorough exam. At any time during your exam, if you have questions about modern dental care options that can give you a more attractive smile, please just ask.

6. Your Personal Treatment Plan

After your exam Dr. Davis will go over the results with you and answer any questions. If there are any dental concerns he will outline his recommendations to restore the health and appearance of your teeth and smile. Together you will decide on your personal treatment plan based on your desires with no pressure.

7. Thank you and we'll see you in 6 months

Our receptionist can then answer any questions you may have and review your treatment plan with you. If there is any treatment to be done she will schedule your next visit with Dr. Davis. She will also visit with you about fees and convenient payment options. As you leave, thank you for allowing us to serve you. Our hope is that we have treated you with the attention and care that would make you feel comfortable sharing our name with family or friends who may be seeking a dentist.
